To be able to use the BDO Online application, you first need to have an account at BDO and then register or activate the BDO Online service. You can register online or come in person to the nearest BDO branch.
After you have successfully registered and activated the BDO Online service, you can then using BDO Online app to buy Globe Prepaid by following the method below:
- Open the BDO Online application on your mobile phone then log in.
- Once you’re logged in, tap Pay, then Buy Load.
- Enter the mobile number you are buying load for or tap the address book icon to search for the mobile number from your phonebook. Make sure that the mobile number is in the 11-digit format (e.g., 09123456789).
- Choose the network provider of the mobile number (choose Globe/Globe Telecom), then tap Buy.
- Tap Amount and choose from the list of available load amounts .
- Choose the account where the transaction will be deducted from, then tap Buy.
- Review your details, then tap Confirm.
- Confirm your transaction with Face ID/Touch ID/Fingerprint or by entering your 6-digit PIN.
